01Service Provisioning

VTS SPACE provides engineering, consulting, and product delivery services based on mutually approved scope documents. Timelines and deliverables are finalized in project-specific agreements.

02Intellectual Property

Upon full commercial settlement, ownership of custom-developed deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing frameworks, reusable components, and tooling remain VTS SPACE assets.

03Security & Credentials

We implement secure development and deployment practices, but account-level security for credentials provided to client users must be maintained by authorized client personnel.

04Commercial Terms

Invoices, milestone payments, and revision terms are governed by approved proposals and statements of work. Delays in approvals or dependencies may impact delivery schedules.

05Limitation of Liability

VTS SPACE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party service outages, or losses resulting from unauthorized credential use outside our managed scope.

By initiating, continuing, or approving any project protocol with VTS SPACE, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these service terms.
